      The original painting belongs to Johan Julius Ferdinand Kronberg, who was a Swedish artist. His paintings are mostly decorative and focus on classic or historical figures. As you may have noticed, this one depicts Romeo and Juliet, a play which is written by William Shakespeare, however there is an ironical twist and a reference to todays social media.
